Devendra Banhart turns himself into an animated duck named Mondo in the video for “Taurobolium”, the latest in support of his recent LP, Mala. Co-starring Rose McGowan as the voice of Gale, the trippy clip tells the tale of a jaded mallard dealing with the dark side of Hollywood fame. True to the track’s title, there’s some ritualistic bull slaying as well. Galen Pehrson (Death Grip’s “True Vulture”) animated the piece. Watch below.
